Marina Cala Dor
Bar for Sale by Owner

This bar is a few short steps from
the water front parking area with close by Chinese restaurant and
several top class restaurants. It has been successfully run
as an open sandwich bar for two years by the owners. It has
been a late night wine bar for two or three years and of late it
has been updated to Include a sound and vision center while
chilling out. This would make a all year round business with
winter weekend openings, plus special events including Christmas in
New Year.
A woman's touch would bring atmosphere, ambiance and enhance the
charm of the whole venue.

Please note:
We often get asked to list bars. Some times they are too expensive and have rents that are far too high. We like bars direct from Spanish people that are cheaper and have cheaper rents. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LIST OVER PRICED TRESPASOS WITH OVER PRICED RENTS. We do not want this site full of over priced dreamers like most of the other bar and real estate websites that you see!

Introduction to Mallorca
On arrival to Palma de Mallorca Airport you will be just to the East of Palma. Palma centre it self is very Spanish, but there are many Bars and Restaurants where English is spoken. On the coast going west you approach Illetes, Porto potals and Portals Nous, which are much more upmarket English speaking areas. Then come the ever busy and popular Palmanova and Magaluf. Palma Nova and Magaluff are the main British resort areas and certainly are not my favourite parts of the island. They are cheap, cheerful, with lots of younger people interested in Binge drinking and enjoying a generally nocturnal lifestyle. The area does have lots to do, with water parks and other attractions, and it’s a cheap taxi from the airport. Further still is Santa Ponca, and Port d’Andratx. Inland you have Calvia. Golf courses include Golf de Santa Ponca, Golf de Bendinat, Golf de Andratx, Son Vida Golf and Golf Son Muntane.
Recently, to encourage tourism on the east of the island a new dual carriage way road has been built between the airport and Llucmajor, which has made getting to the Cala D’or area much quicker. After Llucmajor you pass Campos then the beautiful town of Santanyi. To get to Cala Dor you turn left at Santanyi and go towards Alqueria Blanca. At Alqueria Blanca you can go straight down towards Porto Petro or turn left towards Colonge and S’Horta to get to the north/Cala Ferrera side of Cala d or.
The East coast of Majorca has some of the most beautiful beaches and coastline, not just in the Spain, the Baleares or Majorca some of the areas are so untouched they must be some of the most beautiful in Europe. Starting with Cala Ferrera a traditional Mallorquina fishing port, popular with Germans as well as the British, then comes the S’Amarador and Cala Mondrago nature reserve area, very unspoilt without need for Burger King and McDonalds. Yachts man and powerboat enthusiasts like the setting of Porto Petro, with lots of moorings for small day boats and larger motor cruisers. Cala Egos, like Cala Dor is a purpose built resort offering many bars, restaurants, island wide bus trips and car rental. Just north Cala D’or is one of the most desirable resorts on the Island. Enough for young people to do with bars and night clubs, but not too noisy and even late a night there is very little trouble with bar fights and other alcoholic drink related problems. Great for families with young children, people in their early 20’s and certainly not over priced like a lot of the Spanish main land. Some café/bar/restaurants offer Spaghetti Bolognese for as little as 3 euros 60 cents and a nice cup of freshly ground coffee for just over a Euro. Cala Llonga is home to the Marina and Cala Dor Yacht club offering great facilites for both corporate and private members. Often hosting prestigious events it complements the area well. The main beach in Cala Dor is Cala Gran, but there is Cal a dor it self, Cala Esmeralda and further on Cala Ferrera, a small resort on its own.
